Raine & Horne - NRG Realty Ltd is a locally owned real estate group with five offices across the Bay of Plenty and Waihi. Built over many years by Neville and Gill Ruske, and now owned and led by Paul and Bronwen Billinghurst, our business combines long-standing local experience with clear, future-focused leadership.

Since joining Raine & Horne in 2023, we have continued to build on the strong reputation our offices have earned in their communities, while investing in better systems, smarter marketing, and the technology needed to support today’s property market.
